Velo Zürich is Switzerland's undisputed Number One with more than 300 different e-bike models in the shop (Pedelecs und S-Pedelecs). Here you can test-ride all electric bicycles. Our website is updated daily. We also offer the widest selection of cargo bikes and folding bikes in Switzerland. Our recommendation and test rides are always non-binding and free of charge. We provide unbiased advice.

We will provide you with an outstanding after sales service. Velo Zürich has a professional e-bike repair shop including diagnostic devices and measuring instruments. We have a highly experienced team of mechanics and are professional in every aspect. Of course, we also repair bicycles without electric engines.

  • Purchasing Advice

    Our friendly and qualified staff are happy to advise you personally, on the phone and/or through e-mail. All for free.

    Experts will provide you with information and will set the bicycles exactly according to your wishes and will give you an opportunity to take a non-binding test ride.

  • Bicycle Repair / Service

    We repair all brands, irrespective of where you have bought your bicycle.

    From March to September, our mecanics are very busy. Therefor, bicycles purchased from other shops than Velo Zürich or Velo Winterthur might possibly be placed on a waiting list.

  • Replacement Vehicle

    If your bicycle has been purchased from us, you get a replacement bicycle for free during repair or service.

    Likewise for e-bikes, folding bikes and city bikes. But for cargo bikes, tandems, racing bicycles and mountain bikes, this service is currently not available.

  • Exchange / Auction

    For anyone buying a new bicycle, we offer to sell their old bike by auction for free:
    - Creation of professional photos
    - Detailed description with precise specification
    - Start the public auction
    - Answering every question of all bidders
    - Test-rides during the auction
    - Handing over your bicycle to the highest bidder
    - We pay all auction fees
    - You can watch the auction online
    - You will get the entire proceeds from the auction and pay only 12% (max. Fr. 290.-) fees to ricardo.ch

    This service has a value of Fr. 450.00

  • Swiss Army Bike Parts

    Velo Zürich has all kinds of spare parts, tools and skills! The Swiss Army Bike is one of the worlds's most popular. Its Swiss Army term is "Ordonnanzrad 05". The new Swiss Army Bike model is officially called "Fahrrad 93". Once our online shop is ready, we will send spare parts world-wide. At the moment, we may ask you to pick up the military spare parts in our store.

    We will be glad to advise you and repair your military bicycle. Velo Zürich has highly-specialized military bicycle mechanics.

  • Bicycle Disposal / Recycling

    We will dispose your old bicycle appropriately. Usually, we can still repair and resell your old bicycle or at least reuse individual parts.

    Parts that are not useable anymore will be disposed professionally.
